Terms for the PipKey public website.

These terms apply to the public PipKey website. Separate commercial terms apply, or will apply, to PipKey products, subscriptions, services, controlled onboarding arrangements and customer accounts.

Product availability information

PipKey Server 1.0 is live, while parts of the wider commercial platform remain in development. Descriptions of planned functionality, integrations, licensing models and future services communicate product direction and are not a guarantee that every described capability is currently generally available.

No production licensing service on this website

This public site is separate from PipKey licensing infrastructure. It does not currently issue production licences, manage customer entitlements, process payments or provide an administrative licence portal.

Intellectual property

PipKey, PluginPip, associated branding, website content and proprietary software remain the intellectual property of their respective owner or licensor. No licence to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit proprietary PipKey software is granted by visiting this website.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep public information useful and accurate, but planned specifications may change as development, testing, security review and customer feedback continue. Website access may also be changed, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.

Third-party services

References to third-party technologies, platforms or ecosystems do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
